Site Maintenance:
After you initial acceptance of the site
BlackGyr will update, change and modify the site free for the first
one hour of work after that we charge on an hourly basis with no
minimum charge. Our hourly rate is $65 per hour and we record our
time on the job to tenths (0.1 hour) of an hour. An example: 12
minutes of optimizing and publishing photos will cost $13 (0.2 hours
X $65 = $13)
Terms:
We begin work on the website upon receipt of a
down payment (50% of the total bid). We expect the balance upon your
acceptance of site completion. BlackGyr will accept personal checks,
money orders and credit cards through PayPal additional charge of 3%
for PayPal payments (in this case, an additional $16). If you would
like to use a credit card, I will send you a PayPal request for the
down payment of the web site of $283 and we will start on your site
